1 word: amazing! I've been camping with back pain for 30 years and I've seen all the squatters, physiotherapists and masseurs. Years of hard work have changed my pelvis and also my muscles are completely cramped. After about 40 sessions in my Health Mate massage chair I can only conclude that I should have bought it much sooner. Most massages aren't gentle at all, it's often persevering and biting to loosen those cramped muscles but for the first time in 30 years I feel the pain decrease. On top of that, my muscle spasms have also disappeared. I am a big fan and recommend it to anyone (in pain).
